NCC And Mobile Number Portability

Since 2010 NCC have been talking about Mobile Number Portability. And as most things Nigeria, they're still talking about it. Hope fully this will be the last "coming soon" we'll be hearing about this.
For those who are not aware about this, its basically a platform where a subscriber on a particular network may decide to switch network and still retain his/her mobile number. Sounds cool doesn't? It'll hopefully start in a few months...NCC should just get this going already! Yish!
